Except resistance there is no more beauty (Ode to the 20th century P. 1)

(1:18min, loop)

This is part one in Ode to the 20th century, which focuses on the radical changes to human existence through three art manifestos.

The title, inspired by the Futurist Manifesto suggests the aesthetic pleasure gained from the collision between opposing forces. The
saturated monochrome and the dynamic compositions
play with space and time to seduce the viewer into the attraction of violence and the dangers of that seduction.
